What you are buying, and in what currency
Plans are billed in US dollars: Starter $99 USD a month, Growth $249 USD a month, Dominant $399 USD a month. A year paid up front costs ten months and covers twelve. The agency plan is $1,490 USD a month ($14,900 USD a year) with ten client pages included, then $149 USD a month per extra page. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
The one-time page costs $299 USD, or $499 USD for personal injury law firms. There is no subscription. After 12 months, you decide whether to pay $99 USD to keep the page online another year.
Your plan renews on its own
A monthly plan renews every month, and a yearly plan every year, at the price above, until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe and appear as FOUNDBYNAME.COM on your statement.
Monthly plans start with a free trial: 14 days for businesses, or 14 days with one client page for agencies. We save your card at sign-up and charge nothing during the trial. We take the first payment when the trial ends, unless you cancel from your account before then. Yearly plans are paid at sign-up.
What you can count on
We only commit to what we control. We don’t control what AI assistants say, and no one else does either.
- Your page is live within 48 hours of your OK.
- Every change we make is written down in your account.
- We never ask for a password. For listings like your Google profile, you add us as a manager with the platform’s own invite.
- Canceling takes two clicks from your account.
When the work is delivered
For a plan:
- Your page goes live on foundbyname.com the day the payment succeeds.
- What you write in the questionnaire goes on that page once we have written it up, and you see the change in your account.
- The full check is run again every week, and your report is updated with what the assistants answered.
- Listing work on the Growth and Dominant plans starts once you give us access to the listing.
For the one-time page:
- Your page goes live on foundbyname.com the day the payment succeeds. Answers we could not confirm stay off the page until you confirm them.
- Your account has the text of your page, ready to paste on your own website, and a check of what ChatGPT says about you.
- If AI assistants cite directories in your city, we write your listing for each one and put it in your account. You verify each listing yourself on the directory’s site.
- We email you a second report 30 days after you pay.
- Your page stays online for 12 months from the day you pay. After that, it stays up only if you renew it each year or keep a plan. We never bill that renewal automatically.
How to cancel
From your own account, whenever you want. Open the plan page, click cancel, confirm, and it is done. No email to write, no phone call, no notice period. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your published page comes down when it ends. If you only need a break, you can pause billing for a month instead, and your page stays up.
The one-time page is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
When we refund
- For the one-time page: if you are not happy with the work, tell us up to 30 days after your second report and we refund the full price.
- For a monthly or yearly plan, including the agency plan: if you are not happy, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full.
- If you are charged twice for the same thing, we refund the duplicate.
- If your page is not live within five business days of a successful payment and the delay is ours, we refund that month in full.
- Otherwise a month already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- A refund goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe. How fast it shows on your statement is up to your bank.

Write to nick@foundbyname.com first. One person reads that address, and we would rather fix the problem than argue with your bank.
