Philippe Nicolas runs FoundByName from France with no employees, so the companies below do the rest of the work. Each one is bound by its own written agreement, linked in the table. All of them sit outside the EU except Apify, which is in the Czech Republic. The safeguards we use when data leaves Europe are in our privacy policy.

When this list changes
We update this page before a new company starts, and we email the address on your account at least 14 days beforehand. If a change does not suit you, reply and say so. If we cannot sort it out, you can cancel the plan for that reason. The date at the top is the last time anything here changed.
Who is not on this list
We do not run ads, analytics or session recording, so none of that shows up above. We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone outside this list. What we are allowed to do with it is on the data processing agreement page.
